14yo scores In Chiefs Win, Royal AM Chairman Captains Diski Team

Maritzburg United 0-2 Orlando Pirates

Orlando Pirates won their eighth game in nine matches after overcoming Maritzburg United 2-0 on Saturday morning at Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium.

Mpumelelo Ndaba gave Pirates an early lead, put the game to bed and grabbed his brace with 15 minutes to go.

The Buccaneers remained just three points behind leaders Cape Town City in second place on the log.

Golden Arrows 0-2 Kaizer Chiefs

Kaizer Chiefs clinched back-to-back wins for the first time this year after beating Golden Arrows 2-0 on Sunday afternoon at Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium.

Mfundo Vilakazi broke the deadlock on the stroke of halftime.

Fourteen-year old Neo Bohloko secured maximum points for Vela Khumalo's charges and got his first goal in the side with ten minutes to go.

Richards Bay 1-0 Mamelodi Sundowns

Mamelodi Sundowns dropped points for the second consecutive game after a late and narrow 1-0 loss to Richards Bay on Sunday morning at Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium.

Sundowns spurned some good chances in the first stanza where they enjoyed more possession but the second stanza did not present too many clear-cut until in the dying minutes where Richards Bay's pressure forced Khumalo to score an own goal at the death.

AmaZulu 1-1 Royal AM

AmaZulu and Royal AM settled for a share of the spoils on Saturday after playing to a 1-1 draw.

Club chairman Andile Mpisane started for Royal AM and captained the side on the day, although he only lasted 60 minutes.

Royal AM took the lead five minutes before the halftime break through Sisanda Mbhele, before Ayanda Dlama got the equaliser for AmaZulu late in the second half.

Stellenbosch 1-3 SuperSport United

SuperSport United won their third game in a row after drubbing Stellenbosch 3-1 courtesy of a brace by Keenan Bezuidenhout on Sunday afternoon at Idas Valley Sports Ground.

SuperSport went to the half-time break with a 2-1 lead courtesy of early goals by Shandre Campbell and Bezuidenhout.

Bezuidenhout sealed the deal for Matsatsantsa and completed his brace in the second stanza.
