As one of the greatest players to have ever played the beautiful game, there was excitement in Spain when, as manager of Real Madrid, Zidane gave his son Enzo his professional debut in a Copa del Rey match in 2016.
Coming on as a second-half substitute for Isco in a 6-1 Copa del Rey win over Cultural Leonesa, the attacking midfielder scored Real's fourth goal of the match, but that was to be his only first-team appearance for Los Blancos. At 29 years old, he has since called time on his playing career.
Two years later, young goalkeeper Luca Zidane played his first minutes for the Spanish giants, with his father also in charge at the time. The shot-stopper played only once more for Real before completing a permanent departure from the club in 2020.

The 26-year-old is currently playing for Granada in Spain's second tier, having previously had spells at Racing Santander, Rayo Vallecano and Eibar.
All the way back in 1990, then-Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson gave his son, Darren Ferguson, his senior debut for the Red Devils. Playing only 27 more times for United, the midfielder spent most of his career in England's lower leagues before retiring in 2008.
More recently, Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone handed his youngest son, Giuliano Simeone, his professional debut in a LALIGA match against Granada in the 2021/22 campaign.
The forward played just a single minute as he appeared for Los Rojiblancos for the first time, before later going on loan to Real Zaragoza for the 2022/23 season and to Deportivo Alaves for this past term.
