Midfielder Dani Ceballos did not feature much under the Frenchman during the manager's first spell in charge of Los Blancos, and has hardly played upon the 47-year-old's return in March.
Having been linked with clubs such as Tottenham Hotspur and AC Milan, the 22-year-old has now opened up about a possible move away from the Santiago Bernabeu, insisting he hopes Los Blancos do not sell him.
"I don't want them to sell me," he told Onda Cero.
"I want to enjoy myself and feel important, wherever that may be.
"I have a bit of experience and I believe that next year will be my best year (yet)."

Having helped Spain's U21 side reach the final of the European U21 Championship, Ceballos said the poor 2018/19 campaign he had has motivated him to perform.
"I play to have fun. I really wanted to show what I'm good at," he added.
"This year hasn't been my best season. I wanted to get things off my chest."
