Following his poor performances against Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League, reports suggest that FC Barcelona superstar Philippe Coutinho has no future at the Catalan club.
Why Messi Hit Out At Barca Fans
According to ESPN, a source close to the Blaugrana has insisted the Brazil international will not be a Barca player for much longer.
Coutinho was unable to make an impact in both the home and away legs of the UCL semi-final against his former club, and the team's fans are growing increasingly frustrated with the player.
It has been claimed that many of the club's staff are disappointed with the attacking midfielder's poor form this season, despite his great start to life in Spain in January 2018.
Coutinho became the most expensive player in Barca's history when he joined them from the Reds for €160 million (R2.5 billion), but has since failed to justify his price tag.
He has been jeered by his own club's supporters a number of times in recent months, most recently at the Camp Nou during Barca's 3-0 win over Liverpool.
