In Spain and arguably in world football, there is no bigger rivalry between Los Blancos and the Blaugrana. One team represents the country's capital, the other Catalonia, a state that still wishes to become independent.
For this reason, the first scheduled LaLiga Clasico of the season had to be moved to December, after political unrest in Barcelona saw Catalan flag-bearers clash with police. Many players over the years have been caught up in this hostile rivalry, but is there anyone who got more flack for moving directly between the two clubs than former Portugal superstar Luis Figo?
Following five years at the Blaugrana from 1995 to 2000, the former winger left for rivals Real, where he spent another five years as a Galactico, alongside some of football's biggest names.

As a result, Figo became hated by Barcelona supporters, and once memorably having a pig's head thrown at him at the Camp Nou as he stood over a corner kick in Real's famous jersey.
Ex-Spain international Luis Enrique did himself no favours when he did things in reverse to Figo, leaving Los Blancos for their great rivals in a direct transfer in 1996. 'Lucho', as he is affectionately known, represented Barca for eight years after his arrival, where he retired in 2004.
The great Ronaldo Nazario also played for both clubs in his career, though matters were more complicated for the Brazilian. The striker spent just the 1996/97 season at Barca, joined Inter Milan, and returned to Spain with Real in 2002.
