Orlando Pirates' midfield sensation Relebohile Mofokeng has had enquiries made on his availability from Barcelona in Spain, the Siya crew can exclusively reveal.
Ever since his promotion to the Pirates first team in the latter stages of the 2022/23 season, Mofokeng has been on a meteoric rise at the Soweto giants and with the South African senior national team.

The 20-year-old has been creating and scoring goals for the Buccaneers to the delight of admirers who predict that he could go on and do well for the some of the top clubs in world football one day.
Having previously spent time on trial with Premier League club Wolverhampton Wanderers, there have also been talks of interest from Levante FC in Spain and Scottish giants Glasgow Rangers among other clubs believed to have been following the progress of the School of Excellence product.

News reaching the Siya crew is that the Sharpeville-born talent has had enquiries made on his availability from the Barcelona B side with an interest to sign him.
"There have been enquiries from Barcelona on Relebohile Mofokeng. The boy has been monitored by the coaches of the Barcelona B team with interest. They have been following him and made approaches with some of their contacts in the PSL, including certain coaches they know closely, asking about the player. He is a player with potential to play in some of the top leagues in Europe and the feedback has been positive on the enquiries made," a high-ranking source told the Siya crew.
