Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) president Ednaldo Rodrigues has reports linking Pep Guardiola with the Brazil job.
Guardiola's long-term future at Manchester City remains unclear with his current deal set to expire at the end of the season.

The former Barcelona tactician has been quite open about wanting to coach a national team in the future.
Guardiola and Carlo Ancelotti were heavily linked with the Selecao job last year after Tite's departure.
Rodrigues has now confirmed that the CBF have not been looking at the five-time Premier League winner.
"I understand that Guardiola is one of the greatest coaches in the world," Rodrigues told Globo.
"But we didn't do any kind of search for him. The coach of the national team is Dorival Júnior."
Brazil will resume their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign next week against Venezuela and Uruguay.
