The Italian tactician cut a frustrated figure at half-time on Sunday as his Los Blancos side went into the break drawing 0-0 with the Ronaldo Nazario-owned Real Valladolid.
Mbappe's performance, especially, drew criticism from sections of the media after he struggled to effectively link up with his attacking teammates Rodrygo Goes and Vinicius Junior.
Real eventually broke the deadlock through Federico Valverde in the 50th minute, before substitutes Brahim Diaz and Endrick scored late to secure a 3-0 victory at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Speaking after the LALIGA encounter, Ancelotti insisted he has no concerns regarding Mbappe, who played as the team's central striker on the weekend.
"He has no restrictions to play as a No. 9," he said, according to Madrid Universal.
"He moves very well and has three or four chances. He will score them eventually, as he has always done."
