According to Brazilian outlet Globo, authorities in Brazil will not be bringing any charges against the 24-year-old Premier League winger.
Police in his home country were believed to interview 19 witnesses in their investigation after Antony's ex-girlfriend Gabriela Cavallin accused him of assault and threatening behaviour last year.
It is said that police reached the conclusion that there was insufficient evidence of any wrongdoing from the player, who joined United from Ajax Amsterdam in 2022.
Globo says the report will now be sent to the Public Prosecutor's Office in Brazil and the Brazilian Justice Department to be reviewed.
Greater Manchester Police are reportedly still looking into the allegations made against Antony in 2023, which the player strongly denies.
His former girlfriend's lawyer Daniel Bialski spoke out after the investigation was concluded.
"It should be noted that there is overwhelming evidence that leaves no doubt that Gabriela was the victim, here in Brazil and in England, of physical and psychological aggression," he said.
"Therefore, we await the statement from the Public Prosecutor's Office, trusting and hoping that a formal criminal complaint will be filed against former player Anthony, who should be prosecuted and, ultimately, convicted for his multiple acts of violence against women."

Antony's defence team, meanwhile said: "The defense always believed that the investigations would demonstrate Antony's innocence."
