Reports of Kerr's departure surfaced on Tuesday afternoon, just weeks after he touched down in South Africa.

The club have now confirmed that Dan Malesela has been appointed head coach after Kerr left the club due to a disagreement over co-coaching.

Meanwhile, following disagreements with the management team regarding the co-coaching structure and other management processes, Coach Dylan Kerr has resigned with immediate effect.
