The story
Newly-appointed TS Galaxy DStv Diski Challenge (DDC) head coach, Bernard Parker, is hard at work in preparing for his first season on the touchline.
Parker called time on time on his 20-year-long career after being presented with an opportunity by Tim Sukazi to coach the DDC outfit.
In a clip shared on Instagram on Monday by popular strength and conditioning trainer, Vusi 'Blckvreka' Hlabangwana, the former Bafana Bafana goal getter was seemingly stopped in the middle by Blckvreka, to drop down and give him push ups.
Parker, like a score of other PSL stars like Themba Zwane and Itumeleng Khune, has worked with Blckvreka in the past and effortlessly did his pushups without breaking a sweat.
In the clip, Parker is seen stepping out of a silver GWM P-Series LT and LS Double Cab bakkie, a ride with a value starting at R526 250.
'Die Hond' is also known to drive a BMW 325i (Gusheshe), Jeep Wrangler, BMW M3 and Range Rover.
