Kaizer Chiefs captain and goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune has stated that the club is in the Premiership to fight for the title and win it, despite their poor start to the campaign.

The skipper has a positive attitude for his players to try to fight to win all their remaining league games, starting with the Soweto Derby on Saturday at FNB Stadium.
Khune spoke to the media during the Soweto Derby Press Conference at Multichoice City in Randburg where he stated that this derby is more than just the bragging rights.
"There is nothing lost yet. You can't believe those people who say we have already lost it. If we can will all our remaining games then we can have the chance of winning the league or finishing second or third.
"We could qualify for the Champions League or the Confederation Cup. There was a year where we won 20 games in a row and that's still possible. We are aware that we have gone for eight years without any silverware. We want to start winning.
"For us to do that we have to win the Soweto Derby on Saturday. I have played in 27 Soweto derbies already and if I play on Saturday it will be my 28th Soweto Derby but you know we have four other goalkeepers and we are all fighting for that position.
"So, for me it will be more than just the bragging rights. It's more than that. The three points are more important on the day and we will fight for that," Khune concluded.
Both Chiefs and Pirates come into the derby having won their last PSL fixture in midweek. Though, they have been inconsistent in the past month with both teams needing to win this match so that they don't fall too far behind Mamelodi Sundowns on the table.
