Chiefs are understood to have been keeping an open mind about potential coaches to come in and replace underperforming Arthur Zwane, despite reassurances that the coach will have to step up his game next season.
One of the many candidates Amakhosi are believed to be considering is Young Africans head coach, Nasreddine Nabi.
According to Siya sources in the know, the CAF Confederations Cup runner-up, who has also been linked with the Tanzanian national team job is being considered to take over the Amakhosi hot seat from Zwane, should the hierarchy implement changes.
Well-placed sources in Tanzania have indicated to the crew that Chiefs could meet with the Belgian mentor who hails from Tunisian descent.
Since joining Young Africans from Al Merreikh in 2021, Nabi has led the club to the 2022/23 NBC Premier League title. He narrowly lost out to USM Alger in the two-legged Confederation Cup final, having beaten Marumo Gallants in the semi-finals.
