The 25-year-old former Kaizer Chiefs trialist featured in a whopping 12 matches in continental competition, missing only two fixtures during the impressive campaign.
Following Gallants' relegation from Mzansi's top tier at the end of the season, several players from the club have been linked with moves, with Toure believed to be one of the stars unlikely to go down with the team.
Insiders have revealed that the Buccaneers have revived their interest in the centre-back as coach Jose Riveiro is looking at making reinforcements for the team to be able to compete both in the league and the Champions League next season.
However, Gallants might need to re-visit their asking price for the towering Ivorian, as the Siya crew understands that the club was eyeing in the region of R10 million for his services when they were still in the topflight, this according to sources in the know.

Meanwhile, reports in local media have suggested that Bucs have also been keeping tabs on Pogiso Sanoka from TS Galaxy as another centre-back option after losing out on his defensive partner Given Msimango, who has penned a pre-contract with rivals Kaizer Chiefs.
