Argentina's 28-man preliminary squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup has been revealed, with two players set to be cut in the final announcement on 14 November.

With the tournament in the Middle East set to get underway in less than two weeks' time, team announcements are coming in thick and fast after Brazil's final selection was made public on Monday evening.
This week, France, England and Spain will reveal their rosters for the Qatar World Cup, while Argentina's final squad will be named on 14 November, according to Mundoal Albiceleste.
The publication has reported this week that manager Lionel Scaloni so far has 28 names in contention for a spot in his side, with two players to be excluded in Sunday's announcement.
