The Reds got off to the perfect start as Trent Alexander-Arnold opened the scoring with a superb strike from the edge of the box on 14 minutes.   Chelsea should have been level 10 minutes when the in-form Tammy Abraham was slipped through on goal, but the striker was unable to beat Adrian in a one-on-one situation.   The Blues had the ball in the back of the net three minutes later through Cesar Azpilicueta's finish, but the strike was ruled out by the Video Assistant Referee for an offside in the build-up.   While Chelsea had a goal ruled out at one end, Liverpool doubled their lead moments later as an un-marked Roberto Firmino nodded home from close range.   Frank Lampard also had injuries to deal with as both Emerson and Andreas Christensen were taken off in the first half, with Marcos Alonso and Kurt Zouma brought on as replacements.   Post Selfie's On Soccer Laduma's Social Media App Earn Airtime and more!
