Siyabonga Meyiwa – the brother of the late former Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa, says he has trust in AfriForum to help his family to speed up the process of the player's murder investigation.
It has been five years since Meyiwa was gunned down in 2014 in a house at Vosloorus in Gauteng, and no one has been jailed and sentenced for the brutal and senseless act.

On Tuesday morning, the AfriForum announced that they were taking over from the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) with the investigation.
Meanwhile, the brother of the former shot-stopper expressed his delight at the latest developments.

"We are proud to be associated with AfriForum, that is willing to fight for the truth. I will not die before this is sorted. I don't fear anyone, I only fear God," said Siyabonga Meyiwa, as quoted on Twitter.
