Ole Gunnar Solskjaer continued his superb start with a win over Brighton and Hove Albion, and he has now set a new record at Manchester United, surpassing one the Red Devils' legendary managers.

The Red Devils maintained a winning start under the Norwegian after defeating Brighton 2-0 at Old Trafford on Saturday.

The win saw United stretch their winning run to six matches in the league and seven matches across all competitions,.

In doing so, Solskjaer became the first United manager to win his opening six league encounters.
