What's the story?
Now at the age of 34, Khune is no longer the young player who lit up the PSL on a weekly basis with his exciting displays for Amakhosi. These says, the goalkeeper plays much more of a secondary role, with the likes of Daniel Akpeyi, Bruce Bvuma and Brandon Petersen in competition for a spot between the sticks.
Big Character
That being said, Khune is no shy figure when it comes to showcasing what he does behind the scenes, especially when it comes to aspects such as gym work and exercising.
Itu recently took to his IG page where he showed a couple of workout images to his adoring fans, as he was spotted going about some kettlebell workouts, while wearing a weights vest as well.
Shredded?
In his most recent post, Khune flexed his muscles in what is known as a front double bicep pose in the bodybuilding world, giving a glimpse of a slightly more shredded physique than before.
Khune captioned his post in saying, "Be strong and focused. It will all fall into place eventually. Time for recovery. Taking care of the small things to make big gains. #recovery."
