Ronaldo has netted 16 goals in the 2020/21 Serie A campaign, while Messi has struck as many in LaLiga. However, neither has a really strong strike partner, which sees them miss out on the ranking for Europe's most dangerous duos to date this season.
With Federico Chiesa being the next highest scorer at Juve, he and Ronaldo have netted 21 goals combined, while at Barca, Antoine Griezmann's six strikes add to Messi's 16 to produce 22 goals as the Blaugrana's best scoring duo.
At the top of the ranking, meanwhile, are Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Muller, with the Bayern Munich pair having netted 36 times in the Bundesliga between them so far this season.
The current The Best FIFA Men's Player holds the lion share with 26 strikes, while Muller has scored 10 times.
They are followed by Inter Milan's Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez, who have combined for 30 league goals between. Lukaku has climbed to the top of the Serie A scoring charts with 17 strikes, and Martinez has netted 13 times so far.
