We recently looked at FC Barcelona legends who could take over at the Blaugrana one day, but what about Real Madrid and their icons? Could these big names stand a chance of managing Los Blancos in the future?

We've seen many club legends become managers at their former cubs, including Pep Guardiola at FC Barca in 2008, and Zinedine Zidane at Los Blancos last year.
Fans generally respond very well to former players taking over their teams' dugout, which leaves us wondering as to which other Los Blancos legends could possibly manage the club one day.
Perhaps former striker Raul Gonzalez is someone who’d be interested in the job if it were to become vacant, as he is someone who knows everything there is to know about the Spanish giants.
Iker Casillas is another name we might see in the mix in the years to come, although he might be reluctant to return to the club after his hostile exit in 2015. Casillas, one of Real's longest-serving members ever, left the Spanish giants on bad terms after it became clear to him that he was no longer wanted at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Clarence Seedorf could be in with an outside chance in the future, as he has gained some experience with the likes of AC Milan and Chinese club Shenzhen FC, while Michel Salgado is another name that could be brought into this discussion, just as Roberto Carlos' name already has!
The Brazilian has admitted a few times that he wishes to manage Los Blancos one day, and has reportedly even held talks with the club on this topic, while Fabio Cannavaro has often spoken of his love for his former side.
Zidane is currently doing a great job at Real, which should inspire these former players, but, for some of them, it might be too big.
