So far this season, "Itu" has won three Man of the Match awards, and, most recently, he put on a world-class display in Bafana Bafana's World Cup qualifier against Burkina Faso.
It looks as though the keeper's success has not been coincidental either as he recently showed off how he maintains a well-balanced diet on Instagram.

In the photos, it's clear the Amakhosi superstar is big on protein as the meal featured some salmon chunks, boiled egg and tuna. Greens seemed to cover most of Khune's plate, though, with avocado cubes and a leafy salad also in the mix.
We recently saw former league rival Tendai Ndoro enjoying a good bowl of pap and amasi, but it looks as though carbs have been mostly eliminated from the Bafana Bafana star's eating plan.
