Gallery: A Closer Look At Shabba's Celebration

Last night, Siphiwe Tshabalala helped fire Kaizer Chiefs to their first victory of the Absa Premiership season, but did you see his celebration?

The Glamour Boys midfielder played an integral role in helping Steve Komphela claim a crucial three points against Cape Town City, where he was seen switching between flanks throughout the game.

When "Shabba" fired the ball into the back of Sage Stephens’ net, he ran into Bhongolwethu Jayiya's arms in what was a rather tame celebration.

The second goal of the night, courtesy of Wiseman Meyiwa, caused a bigger reaction from the players, with even members of Chiefs' bench were seen running up to him to celebrate.

They then ran to the curva where a group of Chiefs fans were sitting, and Shabba was seen taking his hands to the side of his mouth like he was shouting. He then led his colleagues to the traditional salute directed at the Khosi faithful by doing the love and peace sign.

That was a great win. Good luck on your Wits game. It won't feel good to win one game and goes to lose the second.

Shabba did not want to celebrate but dedicated the goal to the fans and Alex...Bongo ran to Shabba but he told him that they must go salute the fans...Its was not about Shabba but the fans STOP brewing nonsense LieDuma now the celebrations are scrutinised...Steve and this team will humble you

This win feels so special. I think the commitment of the boys makes it so sweet, I saw passion, togetherness, sweat and love all in the name of Black and Gold...Khosified.
